Brass pex fittings are composed of brass body and brass sleeves. The material is usually used of brass type HPb58-3 or HPb59-1, but customers’ requirements are also allowed. For Australian market, the brass CW602N is specified. The process of production is forging, shot blasting, fine finishing, assemblying, testing and packing. Brass pex fittings include thress series — Straights, Elbows and Tees. They can connect pex pipes with sizes 16*2.2, 20*2.8, 25*3.5 and 32*4.4. brass pex fittings are easy to install, use the expender to enlarge the pipe and put the pipe into the fitting and use the special tool to press it. They can be used for hot and cool water supply system and civil heating system.
Brass pex fittings have 2 types according to the material and structure. For Australian Market, it is called Push-on System with anti-dezincification material (CW602N) and a little larger structure. For other market, it is used common brass and common structure.
