Brass press fittings are composed with brass body and stainless steel sleeves. The material of body is usually used of brass type HPb58-3 or HPb59-1, but customers’ requirements are also allowed. The material of sleeve is SS304. The process of production is forging, shot blasting, fine finishing, assemblying, testing and packing. Brass press fittings include thress series — Straights, Elbows and Tees. They can connect multi-layer pipes with sizes 1216, 1620, 2025/2026 and 2632. brass press fittings are easy to install, just put the pipe into the fitting and use the special tool to press it. They can be used for hot and cool water supply system and civil heating system.
Brass press fittings have 2 types according to the color of fittings. One type is natural brass color, no surface treatment. Another type is silvery white color, which is nickel-plated after machining.
